Stetic gives you an AI-generated estimate and a training and nutrition plan. It is a coaching tool, not a medical service. Read section 4 — your health is your responsibility.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Stetic ("we", "us") governing your use of the Stetic iOS app and services. By downloading or using Stetic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a subscription, and at least 13 to use the app with a parent or guardian's consent. By using Stetic you confirm you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to bypass purchase or entitlement checks, abusing or automating the AI features, reverse-engineering the app, or using it to harass others or violate any law.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stetic for your own non-commercial use. We retain all rights in the app, its content, scoring methodology, branding, and software. You keep ownership of the data and content you submit; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (see the Privacy Policy).
Stetic does not provide medical advice. The scores, body-composition figures, plans, macros, and recommendations are general fitness and nutrition information generated by software, and are not a diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks.
Stetic uses AI to estimate physique scores and to identify foods and their calories and macros from photos, labels, barcodes, and text. These outputs are estimates and can be inaccurate. They are not a substitute for laboratory measurement, a registered dietitian, or precise nutritional analysis. Do not rely on them for medical, clinical, or allergen-related decisions. Always verify ingredients if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.
Fitness results depend on many factors we do not control, including your effort, consistency, genetics, and adherence. We make no guarantee of any specific result, score improvement, or physical outcome.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stetic and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app, your training, or your diet. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Stetic relies on Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, and public nutrition databases. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability or content.
You may stop using Stetic at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitations, ownership) continue after termination.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We will update the effective date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights.
