Stetic · Effective 26 June 2026
Stetic is built around a simple promise: your photos are never stored. A physique or meal photo is analyzed in the moment and then discarded — we keep only the numbers it produced (a score, a macro estimate), never the image.
This policy explains what Stetic ("we", "us", "the app") collects, why, and your choices. It applies to the Stetic iOS app and related services. By using Stetic you agree to this policy.
When you scan a physique photo or a meal, the image is sent to our AI provider (Google — Gemini API) for analysis and to Stetic's backend only to broker that request. We do not save your photos to our servers or database. Only the derived results are kept (for a physique scan: your score and body-composition numbers; for a meal: the detected foods and macro estimates). Google processes images on Stetic's behalf under its API terms and, on the paid API tier we use, does not use your content to train its models.
If you grant permission, Stetic reads step count and bodyweight from Apple Health to show your activity and progress, and can write the bodyweight you log back to Apple Health. This is optional, gated behind an explicit tap, and revocable at any time in iOS Settings → Health. Health data is used only to provide app features. We never use Health data for advertising and never sell or share it.
Purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. We receive your subscription status and an anonymized purchase identifier so we can unlock Pro features. We never receive your full card number or payment credentials — Apple handles billing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share data only with providers that help us run the app, under their terms:
We keep your account and logs until you ask us to delete them. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at jasonkingprod@gmail.com; we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal or accounting obligations. Because photos are never stored, there is nothing to delete on that front.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to your records is restricted to your authenticated account through row-level security, and AI features require an authenticated session. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Stetic is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA, UK, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact us at jasonkingprod@gmail.com. We do not sell personal information.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app.
